Laut Trinkwasserverordnung (TrinkwV) \u00a7 14b ist eine Untersuchung auf Legionellen in Trinkwasser-Installationen von Geb\u00e4uden erforderlich, wenn dort eine Gro\u00dfanlage zur Trinkwassererw\u00e4rmung vorhanden ist. Dies ist der Fall bei Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern mit mehr als zwei Wohnungen im Haus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doch nicht nur Eigent\u00fcmer von Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern sind dazu verpflichtet alle 3 Jahre eine mikrobiologische Bestimmung von Legionellen vornehmen zu lassen. Die Kosten der Legionellenpr\u00fcfung k\u00f6nnen zu 100 Prozent auf die Mieter umgelegt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da das Risiko bei einem unerkannten Befall sehr hoch sein,  und bis zum Tode f\u00fchren kann, sollten Sie als Vermieter oder Wohnungseigent\u00fcmergemeinschaft rechtzeitig auf Legionellen pr\u00fcfen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sie wissen nicht WO oder WER?
